Assessment Due Date
The assessment fee is due on the 1st of every month, and the assessment is late on or after the last day of each month.

Mailbox Keys
The Association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. On re-sale, the previous owner or Title Company should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow. If the key is lost, it will be the homeowner's responsibility to pay to have the lock changed.

ACC Requirements
Some interior changes require submittal and approval by the ACC prior to commencement of work. Architectural Committee has 30 days to review the submittal and issue a decision. If you are unsure of what does or does not require ACC approval, please contact the management office.
