Condo Questionnaire

The fee levied to an Owner who requests a Condominium Questionnaire from the Association shall be the amount of $275.

Initial Transfer Fee

The initial Transfer Fee to be charged at the time of a conveyance of a Unit shall be $275.

Upon the sale or transfer of a Unit by an Owner, a Working Capital Assessment shall be charged to the Grantee in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($350.00). Such Working Capital Assessment shall be paid simultaneously with each transfer of the Unit.
